Our Story

Nestled in the heart of beautiful Benalmádena Pueblo, The Lilac Tree has become a favourite destination for local residents and visitors alike, offering a relaxed dining experience centred around fresh, high-quality ingredients and warm, attentive service.
 

Since opening in the Pueblo in 2018, our aim has been simple: to create a place where every guest feels welcome and every meal is prepared with care. In 2023, we moved to our current home in the vibrant Plaza de Andalucía, allowing us to welcome even more guests while continuing to provide the friendly atmosphere and high standards that our guests have come to know and enjoy.

We are passionate about using the finest local ingredients, working closely with trusted suppliers for fresh fish, quality meats and seasonal vegetables. Our menu combines Mediterranean flavours with carefully selected international favourites, alongside vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy.
